Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of blisspointanalytics.com and the website-building service it provides (the "Service"), operated by BlissPoint Global Solutions, LLC ("we," "us," or "BlissPoint Analytics"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

BlissPoint Analytics lets you create, customize, and publish a website (a "Site") using our dashboard and editing tools, on a subdomain of blisspointanalytics.com or a custom domain you connect. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

You sign in using a one-time link sent to your email address — we don't store a password for your account. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at solutions@blisspointanalytics.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Your Site Content

You own the content you upload or create on your Site ("Your Content"). You give us a limited license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service — for example, serving your published pages to your Site's visitors. That license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except where we need to retain something briefly to comply with the law or resolve a dispute.

You're solely responsible for Your Content and for making sure it doesn't violate any law or any other person's rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive;
• Infringe anyone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights;
• Distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or probe/scan it for vulnerabilities without our prior written permission; or
• Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law, including laws governing the collection or handling of consumer financial or credit information, if your Site touches that kind of data.

We may suspend or terminate a Site or account that violates this section, with or without notice, depending on severity.

5. Custom Domains

If you connect your own domain, you're responsible for registering and renewing it and for pointing its DNS records at us correctly. We don't guarantee that any particular domain will remain available, connectable, or free of third-party disputes.

6. Fees, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your dashboard's billing page, which opens Stripe's own billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless stated otherwise.

If a payment fails and isn't resolved, we may suspend your Site until your subscription is brought current. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

7. Suspension and Termination

You may close your account and delete your Site at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for non-payment, a violation of these Terms, or if required by law. Where reasonably possible, we'll tell you why.

8. Our Intellectual Property

The Service itself — our software, design, and branding, apart from Your Content — belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms don't grant you any rights to it beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlissPoint Global Solutions, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which BlissPoint Global Solutions, LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll post the updated Terms here and update the effective date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the new Terms.
