BlissPoint Organization Viewer
Organizational design and workforce planning software — with pricing you can see and a product you don't need a sales call to understand.

See the whole company at once
The Insights tab draws the same org five ways. Two of them, live on the sample company: click a manager to zoom in, switch either to its table. All five are in the demo.
Who reports to whom
Every ring is one layer of management, every wedge a person sized by their team. Click a manager to zoom in.

Each ring is one layer of management below Maria Chen; a wedge's width is that person's share of headcount (their whole team, themselves included). Click a manager to zoom in, the centre to zoom back out.

Why we're building this
Organizational design and strategic workforce planning — modeling your structure, running what-if scenarios for a reorg or an acquisition, planning headcount against a strategy, building a job architecture — is enterprise-critical work, usually done in spreadsheets or in expensive, demo-gated platforms built for consultants. We looked closely at the category leader, Orgvue, and at how buyers describe it on independent review sites. Three things came up over and over:
No public pricing, anywhere
Every path to a quote runs through a discovery call, a live demo and a custom proposal.
A steep learning curve
Across G2, TrustRadius and Gartner Peer Insights, "not intuitive" is the most-repeated criticism — even from reviewers who otherwise rate it well.
Workforce planning as an afterthought
At least one reviewer called it strong for org design but "not the tool" for workforce planning — a sign the category can support a product that takes both halves seriously.
Live today
Interactive org chart
Pan, zoom, collapse and search a live chart with headcount, cost and span-of-control roll-ups that update as you edit — plus a detail drawer for every person.
See it in the demo →Visual analysis
Sunburst, treemap, layer, composition and cost-band views of the same org — zoomable, one colour per department everywhere, and a table behind every chart.
See the charts in the demo →Scenario modeling
Clone the org into a named scenario, change it freely, and see added, removed and changed people highlighted against what's live before you promote or discard it.
What scenario modeling means →Job architecture
A shared family/level framework with a real role catalog — planned vs. filled headcount, vacancies, comp ranges — not free-text titles.
What job architecture means →Workforce plans
A headcount target, by date, per role, with expected attrition factored in so the gap shown is net hires needed — and a multi-year capability projection as a best/worst range.
Headcount vs. workforce planning →Skills and succession
1–5 proficiency tracking against role requirements, a per-role and company-wide skills gap, and succession plans for critical positions with skill-matched candidate suggestions.
Open the app →Live HRIS sync
Connect BambooHR or Deel yourself in minutes — daily sync plus sync-on-demand, with synced fields read-only so a sync can't silently overwrite an edit. On Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or another system? We work directly with your HR administrator to sync it.
Connect an HRIS →Occupation Atlas
The open map of work: 4,000+ O*NET and ESCO occupations and 13,000+ skills, searchable by title or by skill, with deep linking so a role can pull in a starting skill set.
Open the Occupation Atlas →CSV import and a sample company
Import people from whatever system you already use, or load a 40-person sample to see every feature working before you enter real data.
Start a company →The occupational data is occupation-level reference data, never a score about any real candidate or employee. To ensure your organization is accurately represented, we are happy to work directly with your HR administrator to sync BlissPoint Organization Viewer to your Human Resources Information System (HRIS) — and see how we compare to Orgvue.
What we're committing to do differently
- Publish real pricing — no demo gate required to see it.
- Design for the person using it day to day, not just the person signing the contract — usability as a first-class requirement.
- Keep a public, no-signup glossary of the field's own terms, because a category this technical shouldn't need a sales call to explain its vocabulary.
